Technically no. Because soft water is defined as mineral-free water, Flow-Tech does not make your
water soft. It does however make it feel softer. How’s that?
Imagine you have a floor scattered with 1000 individual Legos and you have to walk from end to end. It’s too painful to even think about. Now image that you are able to put those 1000 Legos into clumps of 10 piles of 100. Navigating that is a much less formidable task.
That’s exactly how Flow-Tech makes water “feel” softer. By clumping the minerals together there’s less surface area and therefore soap lathers better and the water feels softer.
